Customers will begin by completing an eligibility form, which includes providing their height, weight, and relevant medical history. This information is used to ensure their BMI falls within the appropriate range for the medication. Once approved, they will have a consultation with our OM medical team to discuss the medication options and determine the appropriate dosage. Following the consultation, the prescribed medication will be shipped directly to their home through one of our partner pharmacies.

What is the process for people wanting to pay with Afterpay?
What is the process for people wanting to pay with Afterpay?
When a customer selects Afterpay as their payment option, they will create an account with Afterpay. After that, they will communicate directly with Afterpay to manage their payments. This process is entirely separate from OrderlyMeds, so we are unable to provide information regarding payment schedules or amounts. Essentially, Afterpay will pay us in full, and the customer will have a credit associated with their account.
