Eligibility

Eligible Participants: approved Affiliates in good standing for the entire FY 2025 qualification period (“Participant”).
The Company reserves the right to disqualify any Participant engaged in fraudulent, unethical, or non-compliant activity, including but not limited to fake orders or account manipulation, self-dealing or conduct that violates the current Affiliate agreement on OrderlyMeds.com, or applicable law.
Final eligibility will be determined at the sole discretion of the Company. All decisions are final

Qualification

To qualify to win, Participants must meet or exceed one or more of the following criteria during FY 2025:

500 or more successful sales transactions, or
$50,000 or more in gross commissions earned

Additional terms

The trip is limited to qualified Participants (“Winner”) as determined by the date on which the published criteria are first met, and subject to capacity limits of the boutique hotel venue reserved by the Company.
The Company will provide roundtrip airfare, accommodations, and select meals and activities. Any personal expenses, optional excursions, incidentals, gratuities, travel insurance, and other costs not expressly covered by the Company are the responsibility of each Winner.
The incentive trip holds no cash value. If a Winner is unable or unwilling to attend, the trip cannot be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash, credit or other compensation.
Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes associated with the trip’s fair market value, which may be reported to taxing authorities as required by law.
The Company may modify, suspend, or cancel this incentive program, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to substitute destinations, accommodations, or travel arrangements if circumstances require, including but not limited to changes in availability, public health advisories, travel restrictions, or force majeure events.

Definitions

Sales Transaction – For purposes of this incentive program, a “sales transaction” is a completed, bona fide sale of a Company product or service to an end customer that: is processed through the Company’s approved ordering system; is fully paid by the customer; is not subject to refund, cancellation, chargeback, or product return during FY 2025; and complies with all Company policies, applicable laws, and the current Affiliate agreement posted on OrderlyMeds.com.
“Commission earned” means the total dollar amount of commission credited to the Participant’s account by the Company for qualifying sales transactions during FY 2025, after any adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or discounts. Commissions are considered “earned” only once the associated sales transaction is complete and payment has been received and cleared by the Company.
